Anastasia from her childhood has a deep understanding of spiritual ideas and thoughts. She was fond of travelling since young ages. It allowed her to open mind to the world, look more deeply into new cultures and people. Her goal to find herself and define life mission was very strong. Different spiritual and esoteric books were her first background, afterwards Anastasia started the way of yoga practice and meditations.

Her main journey became at Osho's Ashram in Pune in 2014. It was a great possibility to try meditations, open her heart to such a deep process ...From 2017 she tried other meditations during yoga retreats in Ellas Retreat, feeling so happy to find her inner peace and home. After she passed her Vipassana retreat guided by her teacher Martin Pack her life has changed dramatically. On October 2018 she was initiated in Kriya Yoga by her teacher Basu.

Anastasia continues the spiritual way balancing with her professional experience in marketing area and life coaching.
