The day begins with a guided Mindfulness meditation, continued with a flowing asana practice and Yoga Nidra for deep relaxation. 

The rest of the day is free to explore the area, enjoy greek hospitality, go for a hike and rejoice on a  beach.

A Vegetarian buffet will nurture you for Brunch and Dinner.

There is a free day to explore Lefkada island and or other nearby locations.
