Contact improvisation / the honest dance
What makes you dance? What is already moving inside, and how does the dance move you?
An invitation to open our bodies and senses to the continuous flow of life, to taste and express what is already moving inside. With Contact Improvisation, Authentic Movement and bodywork we will journey into the body and to the points of contact with others. Explore how to move safely, expand into new pathways of movement, together and alone. In the movement classes you will be given tools to move, meet, support and fly. The dance is our teacher!

The playfulness, honesty, connection with other dancers and the joy of movement is what brings her back to the dancefloor, again and again.
